We prioritize the protection of your privacy and want to assure you that we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your information is only utilized as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
From the Site
Information you submit when placing orders, creating an account, or contacting us through the Site, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order details.
From the App
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password, which is securely processed and managed through our authentication provider. If you sign in with your Google account, we receive the profile information that Google shares with us, such as your name and email address.
Profile information: You may provide your phone number, gender, and date of birth.
Addresses: Shipping and pick-up addresses you save in the App.
Order information: The products you order, quantities, sizes, delivery or pick-up option, and order status.
Saved items: Items in your shopping cart and Wishlist.
Device / notification information: A device token used to send you push notifications when you enable them. We do not collect your precise location. The branch locator only shows fixed store locations.
Support communications: Messages and information you provide when contacting us for customer support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information:
- To create and manage your account.
- To process and deliver your orders and arrange pick-up.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To save your cart and Wishlist so they are available across your devices.
- To send you notifications about offers, promotions, and order updates when you have chosen to receive them. You can turn these off at any time in the App.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and App.
3. Storage and Security
We store and process your information on computers located in Beirut, Lebanon, and through the secure cloud services we use. These systems are safeguarded by physical and technological security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS).
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your personal information using reasonable security measures.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted service providers to operate the Site and App:
Google (Firebase): Google provides services used by our App, including user authentication, data storage, and push notifications, depending on the features you use. Firebase services process information on our behalf.
Shopify: Our product catalogue and orders are managed through Shopify. When you place an order, relevant order details are transmitted to and stored by Shopify to process and fulfill your order.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not display third-party advertisements in the App.
Checkout takes place on Shopify's secure, hosted checkout page, which is displayed inside the app in a web view. Payment details are entered directly on that page and are processed by Shopify and its payment processors; we do not receive or store payment card information.
5. Payments and Transaction Currency
The standard transaction currency on our e-commerce portal is US Dollar (USD).
We do not collect or store your card or other payment details ourselves. Payments are processed by our payment providers.
If customers use credit cards issued by banks outside of Lebanon, the amount shown on the credit card bill may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations and any charges imposed by the card issuer or bank.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and we retain order information as needed for order fulfillment, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and legitimate business purposes.
You can delete your account through the account settings in the App. You may also request account or personal data deletion by contacting us at info@allbrandsfactoryoutlet.com.
When your information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate business purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information and to object to certain processing.

8. Children's Privacy
The Site and App are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
