Clothing can be exchanged only in stores within 14 days of purchase if:
- Items are unused / unworn.
- Price tag is still attached to item.
- Items have a Purchase receipt.
No Cash or credit Card refund.
Can’t exchange more than twice in a row.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on +961 71 732617. Please note that cancellation should be requested within 24 hours after placing an order or before it gets handed to the shipper. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons such as below:
• Item(s) not available
• Difficulty in processing your payment information
• Cannot ship to address provided
• Duplicate order was placed
• Cancelled due to customer’s request
• Damaged or faulty items
• Incomplete shipping details provided (address/mobile number)
Your order cancellation completely free of charge. However, if the order is cancelled and was returned to us due to wrong address, unavailability on the day of delivery, or for any reason, such as a change of mind and the customer wishes to return the order, we will be deducting the shipping costs, return charges. Kindly note that custom duties, tax charges will also be deducted if any and the remaining amount for the item/s will be credited with a voucher as soon as we receive the returned shipments at our warehouse. Damaged / Defective Items Damaged items cannot be exchanged.
