Exchange policy Lebanon:
- Clothing can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if:
- Items are unused / unworn.
- Price tag is still attached to item.
- Items have a Purchase receipt.
- No Cash or credit Card refund.
- Can’t exchange more than twice in a row.
- The following items can’t be exchanged: Jewelery, Accessories, Handbags, Traveling, Bags, Swimwears, Night dresses, Beddings, Electronics, Toys, Houseware, Cosmetics.
- Discounted items can’t be exchanged.
- Reserved items are allowed for 5 days only.

Exchange policy UAE
After you placed an order, your order begins to process. Once order is placed, you can no longer change the size/quantity/color/ or add other item/s or change the mode of payment but you can definitely request to remove the item or cancel your order to place a whole new one. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer care.
Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within 24 hours. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Please note that cancellation should be requested within 24 hours after placing an order or before it gets handed to the shipper.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons such as below:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Cannot ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Cancelled due to customer’s request
- Damaged or faulty items
- Incomplete shipping details provided (address/mobile number)
Your order cancellation completely free of charge. However, if the order is cancelled and was returned to us due to wrong address, unavailability on the day of delivery, or for any reason, such as a change of mind and the customer wishes to return the order, we will be deducting the shipping costs, return charges. Kindly note that custom duties, tax charges will also be deducted if any and the remaining amount for the item/s will be credited with a voucher as soon as we receive the returned shipments at our warehouse.
Returns
We do not have a Cash Return Policy. Return is permitted within 10 days from the invoice date provided goods are returned with original packing and original invoice.
- Online Return: Once return items are received, a refund voucher will be issued to your account with in 24 hours
- An email notification will be sent to the e-mail upon order cancellation. .
- A USD 1 shipping charge will be set for all returns. All items can be returned provided that they are in their original packaging, sealed and not opened.
Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer care within 7 business days upon receipt of the item. Please have your Invoice number available when you contact customer care.
